Cancellation Policy
A booking deposit is required for all new clients, this deposit will go towards your appointment total at check out. If the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of set appointment time or you no call no show, there will be no refund for the deposit. A 50% cancellation fee for any services cancelled within 24 hours of service will be required from the card on file provided by the client. If you no call no show your appointment, you will be charged a 50% fee from the card on file and be banned from booking again. If you are 15 minutes late to your appointment, the appointment will be cancelled and need to be rescheduled.
